I have attached each groups link to their working document for the conditioning presentations.
In your presentation you need to cover the following:
1. Design a training program to improve your area of fitness. This needs to be a 3 month program for the pre season.
This needs to include information on who advice can be sought from to develop a training program and how you can identify overtraining in your area. It also needs to include how to manage overtraining.
2. Plan a practical lesson which will demonstrate a range of ways to develop your area of fitness. This is to last approximately 20 minutes and needs to include at least 3 different activities.
